Physical touch is a primal love language for humans. The first hour after childbirth is considered the "Golden Hour".During this time, it is recommended that the baby be placed skin-to-skin on the mother's chest to promote bonding, breastfeeding, and overall well-being. Also, practicing with participants belly binding and closing of the bones ceremony.
